Phoebe was a lifesaver in the real estate process. In 2015/16, she sold my house after a divorce and navigated the messy process with ease, and sold it within 2 months! She went above and beyond to get it sold as quickly as possible. She then found me an amazing beach rental for myself and my two kids as we house-hunted together. Even though I was nervous to pull the trigger, Phoebe forced me to see the house she knew was perfect for me and in the budget (which was tough in my town). Every step of the way, Phoebe was amazing.
